What we did

  • Defined and mapped emotional and behavioral archetypes of urban commuters across LA, NYC, Tokyo, and London.

  • Positioned Loovo as the world’s first biophilic rideshare movement, not just a platform, anchored in eco-sensory wellness and seamless autonomy.

  • Designed a kinetic brand language inspired by wind, light, and natural rhythm, used across app, vehicle UI, and digital campaigns.

  • Validated the use of hemp composite and solar panel integration as symbolic brand expressions, not just material innovations. Experience design: Orchestrated every customer touchpoint, from onboarding to post-ride prompts, to feel like an act of presence, not just utility.

  • From street-level teasers to digital rollouts, we built a launch that made urban dwellers feel like they weren’t just commuting, they were part of a movement.
